Zion is raising a priced Pre-Seed round. The thesis, the structure, the team, and the use of funds are public on this site. The data room is shared on request.
01 · THE THESIS, IN ONE PARAGRAPH
There are 56 million U.S. households at the ALICE Threshold — the largest under-served population in the country, and one with no purpose-built records primitive, no purpose-built community platform, and no purpose-built civic infrastructure. Zion builds all three, in sequence, under a Public Benefit Corporation structure that is bound by a public Charter and held in a Perpetual Purpose Trust. Stage 01 (LP Account) is the records primitive that earns the right to build Stage 02 (OutPosts) and Stage 03 (Oasis). The trust architecture is the answer to the obvious risk: that a later round of capital tries to repaint the mission.
02 · THE MATERIALS
Nothing on this site is gated behind a form. The materials below are the same materials the data room contains; the data room exists to share the executed legal agreements and the items under NDA.
The long-form narrative: ALICE, the missed-middle gap, the three-stage build, the macro shifts that make this the moment.
Pre-Seed allocation: hires, build, governance setup, market sequencing, runway, milestones, and the bridge to Seed.
Public product-surface constraints. The patterns the company will not ship even if there’s revenue available for shipping them.
The Perpetual Purpose Trust that holds the company’s purpose. Includes the Trust Advisory Board composition rules.
The enumeration of capabilities that are free for the member, forever. Constrains the business model directly.
Founder, advisors, the open hires, and why each role is structured the way it is.
Cap table, financials, executed agreements, corporate docs, model. Shared on request — typically within one business day.

Read the constraints. If they don’t hold up, the company doesn’t work — and there’s no point reading further.
