What we offer

  • Equity in a PBC under Perpetual Purpose Trust. Common stock with the same protections the Trust gives the corporation itself. Vesting is standard 4-year, 1-year cliff.
  • Below-market base pay during Pre-Seed. Founders, including the CEO, take below-market base; everyone is on the same scale relative to their seniority.
  • Above-market base pay at Seed. Market-rate compensation kicks in at Seed close; the early-stage base discount is documented and resolved in writing.
  • Remote-friendly. Most engineering and design roles are remote-friendly anywhere in the U.S. (with quarterly all-team gatherings). Field Lead roles are based in pilot markets.
  • Health benefits. Medical, dental, vision from Day 1. Mental-health benefits without deductibles.
  • Time off. Flexible PTO with a hard minimum (you must take it). All federal holidays, plus Juneteenth and Veterans Day.
